DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Countries & Timeframes
We exclusively utilize DHL Express as our carrier partner for international deliveries. Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays and weekends. Delivery times are contingent upon the destination country:

2. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
We strive to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email, along with a tracking number, within this timeframe. In case the confirmation is not received within 24 hours, contact us at customer@projectscandinavia.com. During peak sales periods, order fulfillment may take slightly longer.

Orders placed before 15:30 CET on a business day will generally be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:30 CET on Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next day before 18:30 CET, and Friday orders after this time will be dispatched on the following Monday before 18:30 CET.

projectscandinavia and projectscandinavia AB are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

3. Shipping Costs
For orders with sale items only, the shipping cost is 20 EUR.

4. Customs & Duties
The prices listed on our website for deliveries to the European Union (EU), Norway, the United Kingdom (UK), and the United States of America (USA) are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and duty.

For all other countries not listed above, please be advised that customs fees are not included in the stated prices. Given that customs policies and import fees can vary widely from one country to another, we suggest you to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY RESCHEDULE

5. Tracking & Delivery Options
To track your order, visit DHL Track & Trace Express and input your tracking number. For any tracking issues or delivery delays, contact your local DHL Express agency.

DHL Express allows flexible delivery options, including rescheduling, holding shipments, or collecting orders from a DHL service point.

CLAIMS

6. Quality Control & Claims
All items undergo quality control before dispatch. If you receive a damaged item, contact us at customer@projectscandinavia.com. Claims require the item to be unused and not defective due to user conduct. We encourage self-repair for defects, and discounts can be arranged upon contacting us via email.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We provide a 14-day return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Customers are responsible for return costs and non-refundable shipping costs charged at checkout.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

To be eligible for a refund, the items must be returned in pristine condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and with all tags intact. The packaging is considered integral part of the items and must be undamaged.

For pre-worn damage, please contact us immediately at customer@projectscandinavia.com.

Items not meeting return requirements or in unsuitable condition for resale will not be accepted. Returns beyond the 14-day window without approval will be rejected. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for any item damage during return shipping until we receive the items.

Returns are accepted only for defective, unworn items. Size-related issues qualify for exchanges, subject to availability. If the desired size is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Exchanges are limited to the same model and color.

Approval for returns must be obtained before shipping. Do not combine multiple orders in one return.

The same policy applies to sale items.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Fold items carefully and place in the original box.
  2. Insert the inner box into the outer box.
  3. Seal the outer box securely.
  4. Attach the provided return label on top, removing the original label.
  5. Drop the package at the nearest DHL Express pickup point (not all pickup points accept DHL Express).
  6. Keep the receipt as proof of return.
