Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process, dispatch, and deliver your order within 24 hours. You’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking number via email within this timeframe.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 16:00 CET (Stockholm time) on a business day ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 16:00 CET Monday–Thursday ship the next day before 18:30 CET.

  • Friday after 16:00 CET ships the following Monday before 18:30 CET.

Delivery Destinations & Timeframes

We ship exclusively with DHL Express. Orders dispatch Monday–Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays and weekends. Delivery estimates are in business days from dispatch and may vary for remote areas or peak periods.

Note: Timeframes above are best-effort estimates provided by DHL Express and can extend beyond normal windows due to carrier constraints, customs processing, or local conditions.

Shipping Costs

Available delivery options and rates are shown at checkout (availability may vary by destination).

Taxes, Duties & Customs Clearance

  • EU: Store prices are inclusive of 25% Swedish VAT. No duties apply.

  • Norway: Store prices are inclusive of 25% Norwegian VAT and duties. Items with a value of 3,000 NOK or less, are shipped under VOEC rules.

  • All other destinations: Applicable taxes and duties are calculated and charged at checkout for a seamless delivery experience.

  • All orders are shipped under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) incoterm.

Order Tracking & Delivery Reschedule

  • Track your shipment via your Customer Portal using the tracking number in your confirmation email. If you encounter tracking issues or delivery delays, contact us and we’ll help.

  • DHL Express offers flexible delivery options (availability varies by location), including rescheduling delivery, holding at a service point, or collection.


CLAIMS

  • Every item passes quality control before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, contact customer@projectscandinavia.com immediately.

  • Claims require the item to be unused and not damaged due to user conduct.

  • Prefer to repair locally? Email us first—we can usually arrange a discount or contribution toward reasonable self-repair costs.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
