- Set your washing machine to a delicate or gentle cycle at a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Turn the garment inside-out before washing.
- Wash with similar colors to prevent color transfer.
- After washing, lay the garment flat to dry in a shaded area to prevent any stretching or color fading.
- Avoid leaving the items wet inside the machine, as this can lead to mildew or musty odors.
- Use mild detergents without bleach or heavy chemical additives.
- Do not use fabric softeners which can impair the fabric's breathability.

Additional Method: Hand Wash
- Fill a basin with lukewarm water (around 30 degrees Celsius or 86 degrees Fahrenheit) and add a small amount of mild detergent.
- Turn the garment inside-out and submerge it in the water, gently agitating to release any dirt.
